FT Lead Outdoor Detailing Technician
Now Hiring FULL-TIME
Starting Pay: $22 -$24+ per with Salary, Tips & Commissions depending on experience and service needs

The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to the customer. You're not afraid of getting your hands dirty and will ensure great work and customer satisfaction. Experience in general labor, construction, or as a supervisor or team leader are big assets.
Description of Duties:
- Completing window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of residential properties and homes with the latest equipment and technology
- Putting up custom Christmas lights on residential homes and commercial properties
- Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome new Mercedes Sprinter Van
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Invoicing and payment completion
- Providing Service Recommendation and offering promotions
- Planning and managing the job site as well as producing the work with others
Skills and Requirements:
- Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract is a must
- MUST be 21 years of age
- Must live within 30/40 min commute of Newmarket Aurora
- Proven Ability to Manage a team of Outdoor Technicians
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experienced working or comfortable with heights, ladders, etc. is a must
- Self-managed and friendly personality
- Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools
- Previous experience in labor jobs and a strong work ethic
- Proven ability to Upsell services
