Join our Residential Rental team as a Regional Operations Manager, Residential Rentals and provide strategic and operational leadership for the residential rental portfolio, driving performance, team success, and an exceptional resident experience.

About the Role

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the residential rental portfolio, ensuring strong financial, operational, leasing, and resident-service performance.
Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and their teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee property operations, budgets, capital projects, asset management, leasing strategies, and new community openings.
Drive resident satisfaction and retention by ensuring exceptional service and effective resolution of complex issues.
Monitor financial performance, key metrics, risks, and compliance requirements, implementing strategies to optimize results.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, residents, government and regulatory bodies, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, corporate policies, health and safety requirements, and risk-management practices.
Promote operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration across the portfolio.

Experience

Post-secondary education in Property Management, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; professional designations are an asset.
Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-residential property management.
Strong experience in operations, financial and capital management, strategic planning, leasing, and asset optimization.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and managing complex resident and stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical, financial, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of applicable legislation and proficiency with relevant business systems.
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
