Studio Manager
Full-Time | Port Moody, BC | In-Studio
Holding the rhythm of the studio: people, pace, and presence.
Londie is a reformer Pilates and wellness studio opening in Port Moody, created from a quiet knowing that movement could be more than exercise. We offer reformer Pilates alongside restorative therapies, including infrared sauna, red light therapy, halotherapy, and compression therapy. Londie exists to bring movement and recovery together as one seamless and essential experience. Everything we’re creating is designed to help people feel clear, capable, and at home in their body.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work closely with the founders to translate vision into daily operations, lead the Front of House team, and ensure the studio runs smoothly and with intention. This role is about creating structure, consistency, and a high standard across the studio. Every detail matters, from how the space looks to how each part of the day flows.
The right person enjoys building systems, supporting people, and taking ownership of both client experience and business performance. You are proactive, accountable for outcomes rather than just tasks, and take pride in building something elevated and intentional.
In the first six to eight weeks, a significant focus will be on driving membership sales and building our founding member community. This is a hands-on, revenue-focused season and the right person will be energised by it, not intimidated by it.
This is an exciting foundational role in a new studio, and strong leadership is at the heart of it. Through your ownership, judgment, and attention to detail, you will shape how the studio runs from the inside out.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Studio Standards:
Daily studio flow, scheduling and coverage, SOPs and systems, opening/closing procedures, inventory, retail, and vendor coordination. Ensure the space is clean, organized, and always maintained.
Sales & Performance:
Own membership sales, lead follow-up, and retention. Drive revenue targets, track key metrics (attendance, revenue, memberships), and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Client Experience:
Deliver a consistent, professional, and high-quality experience. Handle client needs and issues efficiently. Ensure all interactions are organized, polished, and aligned with studio standards.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, lead and manage the Front of House team. Set expectations, provide feedback, and hold accountability. Build a reliable, consistent, and well-trained team.
Events & Studio Growth:
Support the execution of events and initiatives. Contribute to maintaining a consistent and well-run studio environment.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
- Have 2–3+ years’ experience in studio, hospitality, wellness, or retail operations
- You walk into a space and immediately notice what’s off. If something isn’t aligned, you fix it without needing to be asked

- You are comfortable and confident in a sales environment. Membership conversations feel natural to you and hitting a target motivates you
- Ownership isn't something you think about, it's just how you operate. You follow through, close the loop, and leave things better than you found them
- You think like an operator. You’re excited by building, improving, and having a real impact on how a business runs, not just maintaining it
- You want more than a role. You want to be part of building something from the ground up and having a voice in how it evolves
