Responsibilities
- Looking for a Skid steer operator for site grading, road and sidewalk grading, helping with wrenching crews and landscaping
- Looking for Excavator operator for underground services and bulk excavations. Must have experience with grading and backfilling
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate major repairs needed
Requirements
- Proven experience operating excavators, skid steers, loaders, backhoes, graders, or similar heavy equipment in construction environments
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery
- Ability to perform basic maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and practices

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
