The Role
We're looking for reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Property Care team as a Lawn Care Technician.
This position is primarily focused on lawn mowing and lawn maintenance. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating professional equipment, and taking pride in leaving every property looking its absolute best, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work alongside a professional team maintaining some of the finest residential properties in the Blue Mountains area while delivering the exceptional level of care our clients have come to expect.
What You'll Be Doing
- Mow high-end residential lawns using commercial mowing equipment
- Trim, edge, and blow off lawns and hard surfaces
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform general property upkeep and landscape maintenance
- Assist with garden bed maintenance, including weeding and mulching as needed
- Help with seasonal clean-ups and landscape enhancements
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work collaboratively with the Property Care team to deliver consistently high-quality service
What We're Looking For
- Enjoy working outdoors and being physically active
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience operating lawn care or landscaping equipment is an asset
- Valid G driver's licence is an asset
- Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
