The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to schedule deliveries and service appointments for our technicians.
Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Dispatching crews in the morning
- Answer phones and promptly respond to voicemails and emails
- Generate and schedule service or delivery requests based on calls from customers
- Monitor service/delivery requests and escalate them, if required
- Monitor status of projects
- Coordinate resources
