About the Role

Sentry Property Group is currently accepting resumes from motivated individuals to join our talent pool for future Property Administrator opportunities. While we do not have an immediate opening today, we are preparing for upcoming growth and want to connect with qualified candidates now.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals who can handle the day-to-day administrative operations of our properties. Even if you are just starting your career in property management, we encourage you to apply.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

Acting as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests.
Coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors to resolve building issues.
Assisting with rent collection, accounts payable, and receivable.
Preparing notices, memos, and general correspondence for tenants.
Maintaining accurate tenant files and lease documentation.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
