We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of a collaborative and hands-on team, the successful candidate will work closely with leadership, production, planning, QA/QC, regulatory, and manufacturing departments to deliver seamless turnkey solutions from concept to commercialization. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual who is comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and being actively involved in both strategic business development and day-to-day execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience within skincare, cosmetics, private label, contract manufacturing, or technical sales environments, along with the professionalism, adaptability, and work ethic required to succeed in a dynamic growth-focused company.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working within a smaller team environment where collaboration, accountability, initiative, and hands-on involvement are highly valued. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of leads for private label skincare and beauty products, including custom (“create”) formulations
- Guide clients through product development, component sourcing, packaging, labeling, branding, ingredient details, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry through post-production—ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, telemarketing, trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Manage and grow key client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new product proposals based on performance and market trends
- Conduct inside sales activities and maintain strong follow-up practices to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives
- Develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively to meet client needs and company goals
- Coordinate and complete all required documentation while maintaining clear, timely, and accurate communication with clients and internal teams
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, forecasts, and sales activities using Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems
- Collaborate closely with production, QA/QC, regulatory, planning, and costing teams to ensure all products meet compliance standards and customer specifications
- Participate in BOM and production meetings to align on project requirements, timelines, and execution details
- Maintain a rolling 6-month forecast/calendar to support production planning, regulatory compliance, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, order tracking, and preparation of all documentation required for production and delivery
- Support efficient workflow by assisting with Just-In-Time (JIT) component planning and maintaining strong attention to detail
- Contribute to business growth strategies by maintaining weekly pipeline reports and providing insights into market opportunities and sales trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to sales and manufacturing operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while delivering a high level of customer service
- Organize and maintain confidential files, presentations, and documentation to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and compliance
Knowledge & Skills

Experience, Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is considered an asset
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, manufacturing, private label, contract manufacturing, technical sales, or B2B environments
- Demonstrated success in business development, inside sales, telemarketing, or account management roles
- Strong understanding of private label or contract manufacturing processes is an asset
- Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines effectively
- Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency is considered an asset
Work Environment & Travel
- This is a full-time in-office/on-site position requiring close daily collaboration with production, planning, QA/QC, regulatory, and management teams
- The role requires regular travel for client meetings, business development activities, industry trade shows, networking events, and partner visits
- The successful candidate is expected to be on the road visiting existing and prospective clients to build relationships, support account growth, and expand Swisspharme’s market presence
- Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required based on client schedules, events, or business needs
