Au nom de notre client du secteur manufacturier, Procom recherche un(e) Analyste Fonctionnel Technology RH (SuccessFactors) pour un mandat contractuel.

Analyste Fonctionnel Technology RH (SuccessFactors) - Description du poste:
Le rôle consiste à traduire les besoins d’affaires en spécifications fonctionnelles et en configurations, à soutenir l’amélioration continue et à contribuer aux projets RH dans un contexte global.

Analyste Fonctionnel Technology RH (SuccessFactors) - Responsabilités:

Analyser les besoins d’affaires et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et détaillées.
Personnaliser et configurer SuccessFactors selon les meilleures pratiques, en assurant la cohérence des processus et l’intégration avec les autres systèmes.
Tester et valider les configurations/fonctionnalités afin de s’assurer que les changements répondent aux exigences des utilisateurs.
Supporter, analyser et résoudre les problèmes fonctionnels rencontrés par les utilisateurs finaux.
Élaborer et maintenir la documentation liée aux configurations, fonctionnalités et intégrations.

Analyste Fonctionnel Technology RH (SuccessFactors) - Compétences obligatoires:

Baccalauréat en informatique, systèmes d’information ou discipline technique similaire.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle avec SuccessFactors
Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes (techniques et fonctionnels).
Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à communiquer des concepts techniques à des publics non techniques.
Esprit d’équipe, initiative et orientation solutions.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
Expérience pertinente globale de l’ordre de 4 à 7 ans.

HR Technology Functional Analyst (SuccessFactors) - Job Description:
The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional specifications and configurations, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to HR initiatives in a global environment.

HR Technology Functional Analyst (SuccessFactors) - Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, detailed functional specifications.
Configure and tailor SuccessFactors following best practices, ensuring process consistency and integration with other systems.
Test and validate configurations and functionality to ensure changes meet end-user requirements.
Support, analyze, and resolve functional issues for end users.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, functionality, and integrations.

HR Technology Functional Analyst (SuccessFactors) - Mandatory Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and functional issues.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in French and English.
Overall relevant experience in the 4–7 year range.

Experience with Boomi.
