Refine Cosmetic Surgery is that brand. We are a premium facial cosmetic surgery and medical rejuvenation centre. Now we’re building the digital presence to match. That’s where you come in.

This is a role for someone who thinks strategically, executes with precision, and isn’t satisfied with good enough. You’ll have access to a visually compelling, high-stakes environment, including the operating room, and the creative freedom to turn it into content that builds real trust and real followings.

WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE

Content that stops the scroll- plan, film, and edit across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. OR footage, before/afters, treatment explainers, provider spotlights. Content that educates, earns trust, and drives growth.
PR and brand authority- build media relationships, pitch stories, and position Refine as the name people recognise in aesthetic surgery.
AI-powered strategy- use AI tools for ideation, optimisation, scheduling, and AIO so our content gets found by the audiences looking for exactly what we offer.
Community and conversation- engage our audience with authority and warmth, answer questions, and help people feel confident about the decisions they’re considering.
Growth campaigns- build and boost campaigns, collaborate with our Marketing PM on promotions, events, ads, and web copy.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A proven track record. You’ve grown accounts. You have the numbers and the strategy to back it up.
An extrovert with presence. You build rapport fast, direct talent on camera with confidence, and bring energy that elevates the people around you.
A skilled editor. You independently turn raw footage into polished, high-performing short-form content.
PR experience. Media relations, press coverage, or brand reputation in aesthetics, beauty, health, or a related field.
AI fluency. You’re already using AI tools to work faster and smarter. You know what AIO is and why it matters.
Professionalism in a clinical setting. Patient content handled with the discretion and respect it demands.
