We’re currently hiring Pool and Hot Tub Technicians to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills, this could be a great fit for you.

Available Positions:
We are currently hiring for:
- Part-Time: Friday through Monday (depending on availability)
- OR
- Full-Time: Available depending on experience and availabilityAdditional shifts may also become available throughout the week.Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain swimming pools and hot tubs at residential properties
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
- Test and balance water chemistry to maintain ideal water quality
- Complete an average of 9 pool services per day
Contract and Compensation:
- Approximate 5-month contract, with potential for extension
- Hourly Pay:
- $22.50/hr during the 1-week training period
- $28/hr after training for the remainder of the contract
- 4% vacation pay added to each paycheck
- Statutory holiday pay in addition to standard pay
- Smartphone data plan allowance provided each pay period (must use your own smartphone)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pool and/or hot tub maintenance preferred
- Comfortable working in all outdoor weather conditions (sun, rain, snow, freezing temperatures)
- Valid BC driver’s license with a relatively clean driving record
- Able to lift 10kg and walk long distances daily
- Comfortable using our company app on your smartphone
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
