Details:

External Posting # 26/27-016E - Administrative Assistant 3 (Bookkeeper)
Nechako Valley Secondary
7 hours per day, 5 days per week
Continuing position starting as soon as possible

Summary:

Provides bookkeeping and other confidential clerical services to Administration

Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
Completion of an Applied Business Technology program or Administrative Assistant Certificate
Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
Minimum of 3 years of current relevant office experience, preferably in a school environment, including 12 months of current relevant bookkeeping experience
WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures
