Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR to join our dynamic team at Marcotto Mechanical Contractors Inc. This role is essential in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients' heating and cooling systems. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing ultimate comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

Review all details, tender packages and construction documents.
Must have Organizational Skills and be able to manage your time well
Able to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity at the same time
Co-ordinate between all teams & suppliers
Assist with regular job progress reports
Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met
Maintain and organize all files
Read and understand and apply Ontario building codes and CSA, ASHRAE and NFPA standards
Team player and able to complete work independently
Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and equipment specification
Maintain all required licenses and paperwork
Punctual, Responsible, Dependable and have positive attitude towards work

Qualifications and Skills

· Must have a minimum of five (1 year experience of mechanical systems for commercial and residential)

· Superior computer skills including MS office, Excel, AutoCAD and other design tools

· Must be a team player with strong technical and communication skills. Must be fluent in English language. Excellent verbal and writing skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.

· Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

· Strong knowledge of all mechanical systems from both the design and installation perspectives including HVAC systems, piping systems and plumbing systems

· Valid Ontario Driver’s License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000 plus based on experience

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
