Round Lake Treatment Centre (RLTC) is an Indigenous-led residential treatment centre specializing in addictions and trauma recovery. About the Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager and Executive Director, the Quality Assurance Coordinator supports organizational quality improvement, accreditation activities, performance measurement, and reporting systems.
This position assists with monitoring quality indicators, collecting and analyzing program data, conducting reviews and audits, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with accreditation standards and funder requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate CARF accreditation activities and maintain accreditation documentation.
- Conduct internal file reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Track quality indicators, client outcomes, and program performance measures.
- Conduct client follow-up surveys and satisfaction surveys.
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor critical incidents and assist with trend reporting.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports for leadership and funders.
- Support policy review and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with staff education regarding quality standards and documentation requirements.
- Ensure cultural safety and trauma-informed principles are reflected in quality assurance processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Health Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience in administration, reporting, compliance monitoring, program evaluation, auditing, quality assurance, or a related area.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, databases, and reporting tools.
- Strong written communication and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Assests
- Experience working in health care, social services, addictions treatment, or non-profit organizations.
- Experience supporting accreditation activities, compliance processes, or quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
- Knowledge of Indigenous wellness approaches and culturally grounded service delivery.
- First Nations connection or experience working with Indigenous communities.
