We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Branch Administrator who is eager to learn, embrace new processes, and play an important role in driving operational excellence within our branch. This is more than an administrative position. Responsibilities:

As a Branch Administrator, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, helping ensure a seamless experience for both customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service with compassion, professionalism, and care.
Serving as the first point of contact by answering phones and welcoming visitors.
Coordinating and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Managing key administrative functions including accounts payable, payroll support, banking, data entry, and document management.
Reviewing contracts and ensuring accurate processing within company systems.
Supporting branch leaders by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and strengthen operational processes.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For:

College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum two (2) years of office administration experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
Experience working with multiple systems and managing detailed administrative processes.
