Current Shifts: 0600-1400, 0700-1500 (Mon-Fri), 1 in 3 weekends
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Materials Management and under the direction of the Stores Team Lead, the Supply Distribution Attendant is responsible for specific Materials Management functions including receiving, shipping, storage, distribution, record keeping and replenishment of Medical /Surgical stocking locations. This includes end-user supply cart maintenance and delivery of non-stock orders. The Supply Distribution Attendant is also responsible for other miscellaneous tasks that ensure product supply service to end-user points are completed as part of ensuring that Materials Management commitments to the facility are efficiently and effectively fulfilled. Positional Rotation may also include functions detailed under other Stores area related functions.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate a combination of knowledge and education of warehouse and distribution processes, (inventory, stocking and replenishment along with 2 years recent related experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of medical supplies
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory and stock control practices
- Proven ability to complete routine warehouse and distribution functions
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven recordkeeping & organizational skills
- Proven ability to make independent decisions to organize and prioritize workload while functioning with minimum supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment that includes frequent distractions and interruptions
- Physically capable of intermittent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead on a daily basis
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, colleagues and physicians
