What you will do:

As the first point of contact for administrative customers, the Office Clerk plays a key role in delivering excellent service and supporting our accounting and administrative functions. Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
Reconcile end of day sales and sales auditing
Assisting with monthly accounting records and financial statements
Creating appropriate journal entries for general ledger accounts
Supporting compliance in financial reporting
Collaborating with internal teams and external contacts
Managing office supplies and placing orders, as needed

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Finance and have:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Education or experience in administration, business, or accounting
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
