The Position

You will be our go-to person for everything admin and customer service, delivering top-notch service to our clients.
You are getting paid to stay organized and make friends. You will be receiving inbound calls, scheduling appointments for our sales consultants, helping schedule our crews, answering emails, sending invoices, and helping our business follow and improve key SOPs.
You will be using your phone skills to deliver happiness to our clients by responding to their requests, walking them through our sales process, reaching out to them for feedback and thanking them.
You will become comfortable with our field service management software, creating appointments and scheduling jobs.
You will be a quick communicator with technology - phone, email, Slack, and online field service management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whistler, BC
