Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans and providing expert care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives through effective rehabilitation and patient-centered services. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes across various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities.

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Assist in the implementation of rehabilitation programs for diverse populations including pediatrics and acute care patients.
Stay current with advances in physiotherapy techniques and maintain professional development through ongoing education.

Requirements

Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in the respective state or region.
Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially within acute care settings.
Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and patient care.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Compassionate approach with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress.

Pay: $29.70-$45.00 per hour
