What We Need

We are looking for a self-motivated, focused, well-organized individual to join us in the fulltime, permanent role of Manufacturing Operations Technician. What You’ll Bring

Experience in the production/ manufacturing industry preferred
Attention to detail and attentiveness
Balancing multiple tasks; good decision-making, troubleshooting, & problem-solving
Clear handwriting & math skills
Self-motivated to drive completion of tasks as quickly and accurately as possible
Strong time management ability
Strong listening and communication skills
Good computer skills: very comfortable in Excel & Word
Knowledge of ERP systems, (SAGE) is a plus
Mechanically inclined
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Forklift experience is an asset; Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating, and maintaining equipment, including dispensing and capping machines, labeling machines, freeze dryers, and printers
Performing incoming inspections on raw materials
Removing and restocking inventory
Pulling finished goods from inventory for outgoing orders
Inventory counts (monthly cycle and yearly counts)
Using our ERP system to enter materials used during production
Building kits on an assembly line process
Extensive documentation, monitoring & record keeping, including temperatures of fridges, freezers & labs; cleaning & line clearance logs; equipment & maintenance logs and other documents

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
