Arlen Tool Group is currently looking to fill an open position for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator with the following skills and attributes to our team.

Full cycle purchasing from obtaining quotes, writing purchase orders to receiving into the ERP system.
Prepare shipping paperwork including, but not limited to shippers and customs paperwork.
Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
Coordinate trucking needs and schedule.
Manage Tooling Vending Machine, including ordering, restocking and inventory counts.
Maintains records for all incoming deliveries; processes any invoices or bills of lading with shipments.
Performs other shipping/receiving activities as assigned.
Coordinating material certifications.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and thoroughness.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Dedicated and hardworking.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Effective communication skills.

Requirements:

5+ years experience purchasing experience in the mold industry is required.
3+ years experience in logistics, including proficiency in completing customs paperwork.
Ability and willingness to work the necessary hours, including overtime and Saturday’s, when required.
Strong computer skills (Windows, ERP)
