SKIN Clinics is thrilled to announce the opening of our first Winnipeg location, opening June of 2023. This is the fifth location of SKIN Clinics, a leading Canadian company in the healthcare sphere. SKIN Clinics was established in 2014 and is the largest chain of physician owned dermatology clinics in Canada. The SKIN brand is known for its commitment to the highest quality service delivered in a friendly, beautiful, and professional atmosphere. SKIN Clinics offers a combination of medical and cosmetic dermatologic care and the team consists of dermatologists, family physicians, nurses, laser technicians, aestheticians, and more.

We are currently seeking an energetic and organized Clinic Manager to join our team. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and service.

Responsibilities:

Supervising the aesthetic and medical teams (Nurses, Laser Technicians, and Medical Estheticians etc.) to provide safe, quality care to clients
Providing leadership, guidance, training, and support to staff
Managing team schedules, assignments, and tasks
Monitoring budgets, supplies, resources and other administrative duties
Assisting in the selection, evaluation, and development of the Team
Enforcing SKIN Clinics Policies and Procedures and ensuring client and staff safety
Organizing and coordinating educational opportunities and staff events
Managing conflict and patient complaints
Liaison for representatives for medical devices, garments, instruments, products etc
Ensure that all medical protocols and procedures are being followed and maintained
Maintain accurate records of client information and medical records
Work closely with the Owner to develop and implement new strategies for the clinic's growth and success
Oversee the inventory management process and ensure that all supplies are available and well-stocked
Manage the financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met and exceeded
Coordinate with other SKIN Clinics locations for training and development purposes.

Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, healthcare, cosmetic or medical setting strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Square, and Accuro
