We’re looking for a highly organized, positive, and solutions-focused Logistics Leader to play a key role in keeping our “On Time. Every Time” promise, owning and optimizing our routing systems while also driving high standards in fleet care, safety, and overall operational excellence as we continue to grow.
This is more than a dispatch role. It’s a hands-on leadership position for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems quickly, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while actively supporting our drivers, warehouse team, and customers.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate our logistics operations to ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Support and enforce vehicle maintenance standards, ensuring all fleet vehicles are safe, clean, and operate at a high standard of reliability and excellence.
- Become an expert in our routing software and act as a backup for daily route planning and optimization.
- Communicate with drivers and provide support to resolve issues.
- Monitor and adjust routes as required to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with order picking and packing as required.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Required

- Minimum 5 years of logistics, dispatch, or shipping experience.
- Strong comfort with technology and ability to quickly become a subject matter expert in routing and logistics software systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Forklift experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with fleet coordination or vehicle maintenance oversight.
