Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer III to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level applications that support critical business operations. This senior-level role requires deep expertise in Java development, modern application frameworks, and database technologies, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive and innovative professional who can work independently, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring Boot, Vaadin, CSS, Hibernate, and SQL.

Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, designers, and development teams to gather requirements and develop scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including architecture discussions, solution design, and implementation planning.

Develop clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices and organizational standards.

Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, performance, and security across development projects.

Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.

Design and develop APIs, integrations, and database solutions that support enterprise application requirements.

Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers by sharing technical knowledge and promoting development best practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides to support ongoing application maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Participate in deployment planning, release management, and production support activities as needed.

Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language when necessary.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise-level software applications using Java technologies.

Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Vaadin, CSS, Hibernate, and SQL.

Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and full-stack web applications.

Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software architecture, design patterns, and application scalability.

Experience with relational databases, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and modern Agile development methodologies.

Strong experience with testing frameworks, debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
