Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture and who will see that excellent customer service, excellent attention to detail and strong ability to problem solve is amongst their top priorities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Carry out administrative activities associated with business operations.
Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanour.
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
Receive and manage inventory according to company standards.
Schedule appointments and meetings for employer.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation for the business.
Perform other general office work and duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
Exceptional time management and project management skills;
Strong problem-solving skills; responsive and flexible in regards to evolving responsibilities and a changing environment;
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
