The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, growth-oriented Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead the development of our high-performance athletes, including professional, collegiate, and amateur competitors.
This role is ideal for an energetic, outgoing coach who leads by example, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
- Lead group training sessions, semi-private coaching, and one-on-one personal training.
- Conduct performance testing and collect athlete data to evaluate progress and optimize programming.
- Analyze and manage performance data using Microsoft Excel to create detailed client reports.
- Collaborate with the performance team to develop new programs and continually improve our training services.
- Maintain a safe, motivating, and professional training environment with an emphasis on proper technique and client well-being.
- Build strong relationships with athletes, parents, and members while delivering an exceptional coaching experience.
- Maintain flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Athletic Therapy, or a related field.
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within six months of hire).
- NCCP Olympic Weightlifting Certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Previous experience as an athlete and/or coach is highly valued.
- Current First Aid and CPR-C certification.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and reporting.
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check.
