Jessco Metal Works Inc. has been providing welding and custom fabrication services since 1991. We work with a wide variety of metals including steel, stainless steel, checker plate, expanded metal, tubing, bar, pipe and more.

We are currently seeking an experienced Pipe Welder/Fitter who is also capable of performing bench welding. The successful candidate will have strong experience with MIG and TIG welding, be able to work from blueprints, and produce high-quality welds in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Fit, fabricate, and weld pipe assemblies according to project requirements.
Perform both pipe welding and bench welding.
Weld carbon steel and stainless steel using MIG and TIG processes.
Prepare, align, and assemble components prior to welding.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pipe Welder/Fitter.
Extensive experience with MIG and TIG welding is required.
Experience with both pipe fitting and bench welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Strong fabrication and layout skills.
Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

$27.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Monday to Friday
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
