To supervise, lead, motivate and work hands-on with a construction crew
To manage all aspects of crew production, meeting or exceeding all required efficiencies
Often required to complete tasks that are expected of Landscape Technician or Landscape Labourer
Must be able to read plans and implement designs in an accurate, efficient and safe way.
No experience in landscape construction or equipment operation is required
Salary position available only after successful completion of first season
Pay based on crew productivity, to be determined

Must have valid G licence (D licence or experience driving truck and trailer preferred) and reliable transportation
Able to work in inclement weather (hot & humid, windy & wet & cold) and dusty job site conditions
Respect a smoke free workplace (no smoking in company vehicles, company equipment, on company property or customer property)
