We are currently hiring for the position of:
MARKET DESIGN AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications – Market, the Market Design & Administrative Coordinator supports the Marketing & Communications team at TIFF: The Market by combining graphic design expertise with strong project coordination and administrative support. This role is responsible for producing high-quality creative assets while assisting with project timelines, asset management, stakeholder communications, and departmental administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and the Marketing & Communications team, the Design & Administrative Coordinator helps ensure creative projects are delivered on time, brand standards are maintained, and departmental workflows remain organized and efficient.
JOB GRADE & SALARY:
Job Grade – Level 1
Job Grade Salary Range/Annually or Rate of pay - $24/hr
Our salary ranges reflect the range of skills and experience required for the role. Typically, candidates new to the role are positioned up to the midpoint of the range, with progression through the range based on performance and development over time. The top of the salary band is for employees who consistently demonstrate high performance in their role.

Weekly in-office requirements:
Festival and Market Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
