We are a growing small business with a busy office, a wonderful team — and we are looking for an Office Coordinator who can help keep things organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be an important part of the day-to-day flow of the office, helping clients feel looked after and making sure the team has the support they need to do their best work.

Keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly;

Welcome clients in person and be a friendly first voice on the phone;

Help connect clients with the right advisor to ensure efficient care for their specific needs;

Learn our customer management systems and become confident using them day to day

Help troubleshoot system questions and support team members with training when needed.

Requirements:

Good Computer skills and open to learning new programs;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
