About the Role

As an Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in leading clients through key milestones such as NASDAQ IPOs and managing ongoing audits and reviews that drive long-term financial success. Job Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, you will:

Lead and guide teams to deliver high-quality audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, multinational corporations, and those pursuing IPOs.
Guide clients through IPO-related assurance work while supporting their transition to ongoing compliance and reporting requirements.
Design and execute tailored audit strategies that align with business goals, managing budgets and timelines effectively.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing actionable insights and exceptional service.
Manage the full engagement process, ensuring compliance with professional standards and identifying value-added opportunities.
Collaborate with Managers and Partners to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
Qualified Canadian CPA, US CPA, or equivalent recognized designation.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards, with extensive familiarity with audit standards (CAS, AICPA, PCAOB, or International)
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for serving our global clients.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasked environment.
