Position Summary:
We are offering a full-time position as an entry level member with the opportunity for career advancement within our physician recruitment team. There is significant opportunity for growth as we continue to expand our share of the market.
The successful applicant will complete an Initial Training and Assessment period, which is essential to learning our recruitment model that is unique and industry specific. You will learn about the industry, our company objectives, the niche market services we provide, our systems of operation and the expectations around sourcing and qualifying business leads, including our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
What you will be doing:

Screen and qualifying potential candidates, clients, contacts, and companies from both local, national, and international markets using guidelines and protocols set by the Employer.

Conduct initial or follow-up inquiries with candidates, clients, contacts and companies by phone, text or email using guidelines and protocols set by the Employer.

Ensure that all communications with current and prospective candidates, clients, contacts, and companies are conveyed, recorded, and documented in an efficient and professional manner using guidelines set by the Employer.

Correspond with current and prospective candidates, contacts, clients, and companies, in sending forms or to request supporting documents, information, or CV’s as per the directive of the Employer, or at the request of the Recruitment team.

Support the maintenance of all records containing candidate, contact, client, and company information using a methodology that ensures all records on the company CRM system, Bullhorn, are complete and up to date as directed and to the satisfaction of the Employer.

Complete assigned tasks that have a specific target and scope including other projects or tasks that may be prescribed by the Employer from time to time and are reasonably consistent with your position. You will at all times, conform to the reasonable instructions and directions of the Employer.

You will use guidelines and protocols set by the Employer for all activities, correspondence and conduct related to the business of the Employer.

Train new employees on the CRM system, Bullhorn
You have:

Strong work ethic and self-starter – you can work independently with initiative and collaborate with your team.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, time management, and an absolute focus on the quality of your work. Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Communication skills, both written and verbal with Office 365 proficiency and professional office setting experience. Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator comfortable taking inbound and making outbound phone calls.

Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated integrity of handling confidential information.

Strong web research and technically curious – eager to use existing channels and seek new avenues to source prospects and keep up with a market that's constantly evolving.

Experience working with a CRM system is an asset, but not mandatory.

This is a remote role with the requirement to work during the set hours directed by the company.
The salary for this position falls within a defined range and will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the needs of the organization.
