As the first step in our Apprenticeship Training Program this role offers the successful applicant a rewarding, dynamic, clearly defined path to becoming a Licensed Automotive Technician. If you dream of 10mm sockets, take pride in a perfecly balanced tire and want to spend the rest of your life asking "how did I get grease there?!?" then you might be the person we are looking for.

Start your career off on the right steel toed boot as an Express Service Technician at Georgian GM!

We offer a high-performance work environment where you will be given industry leading knowledge and guidance.

Daily Duties Include:

Perform oil and filter changes on a wide range of vehicles
Inspect and top off fluid levels (coolant, brake fluid, transmission, washer fluid, etc.)
Rotate tires and check tire pressure/tread depth
Inspect belts, hoses, air filters, and other key components
Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools
Ensure vehicles are properly documented and work is completed in a timely manner
Assist with general shop duties and support senior technicians as needed
Follow all safety and environmental procedures and policies

A suitable candidate will have:

Reliable and punctual.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to lift more than 50lbs.
Valid G Drivers License.

This is a full-time, in person position where flexibility is very important.
