As an Administrative Assistant supporting our Service and Sales teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly as we grow our Life service model. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, consistency, and being a trusted support to a busy team.
What you’ll do

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service team, and Sales team as required

Triage and manage incoming cases through Salesforce, ensuring timely routing and follow-up

Support the coordination and tracking of sales activities, submissions, and workflows

Maintain accurate documentation and records across systems

Assist with reporting, data entry, and general team coordination

Help establish and support processes as the team continues to grow

Take on routine administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency
What you bring
-
Previous administrative experience is required; experience in a sales support function considered an asset

Strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to triage work, prioritize effectively, and keep things moving

Comfort working with systems; Salesforce experience is an asset

A proactive, dependable approach and willingness to support where needed

Comfort with routine work and an understanding of the importance of consistency and accuracy

Previous Group Insurance experience is a strong asset

Strong written and verbal English skills are required to effectively support customers and communicate with internal stakeholders; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset

Pay Range:
46,292 - 52,078 CAD
The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
