Office Manager – Dental Practice (Southeast Calgary)

Our modern, privately owned dental office in Southeast Calgary is currently seeking a Full-time Office Manager to join and lead our friendly, supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental administrator who is ready to step into a management role as our current Office Manager is retiring.

We are a well-established, privately Calgary owned dental office, family-oriented practice that values teamwork, excellent patient care, and a positive, collaborative work environment.

About the Role

The Office Manager role will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth and efficient clinic flow. This position is ideal for a strong experienced dental administrator who is looking to grow into a leadership role within a supportive and structured environment.

You will be supported by both an Operations Manager and an Accounting Manager, who are available to provide training, guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed in the role. This is a great opportunity for a long-term dental administrator who is ready to take the next step into management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day front office operations and patient experience
Lead, support, and help coordinate the administrative and clinical team
Manage scheduling, workflow, and clinic efficiency
Support HR-related tasks including onboarding and team coordination
Work collaboratively with operations and accounting support teams
Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment
