Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements.

We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team!

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate the payroll process across all Natt Group divisions
Process weekly payroll for employees, including salaries, bonuses, commissions and deductions
Maintain and update employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, ROEs, changes in compensation, tax forms, etc.)
Respond to payroll-related inquiries
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies
Prepare and reconcile year-end payroll reports (e.g. T4’s)
Collaborate with HR and Accounting on payroll-related matters
Maintain documentation and backup
Maintain confidentiality and data security of employee information

Skills and Experience:

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Payroll or a related field
3-5 years experience processing payroll
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and employment standards
Experience with payroll software (e.g. ADP, Ceridian, Workday)
Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is considered an asset
Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet software, email, internet and scanning
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient written and oral communication skills are required
Ability to plan, organize and work with minimal supervision
