ARG Wholesale, the supply chain division of GlassMasters Autoglass, is seeking an energetic and hardworking Hybrid Customer Service Representative for our Edmonton location. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fast-growing company that offers excellent opportunities for advancement and professional development. ARG Wholesale currently operates retail and wholesale locations throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Manitoba.
Please Note: While this position involves customer service and driving responsibilities, it also requires significant physical labour, including the regular lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading of automotive glass products weighing between 20–50 lbs.
Position Summary
The Hybrid Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting branch operations through customer service, sales support, warehouse operations, inventory management, and product deliveries. This position requires a customer-focused individual who is comfortable working both at the service counter and in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Support branch sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and retain customers.
- Assist in achieving branch KPIs, sales targets, and profitability objectives.
- Manage customer inquiries and escalated concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support account retention efforts and assist with accounts receivable follow-up as required.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities.
Operations & Administration
- Support daily branch operations, including order processing, inventory management, and operational reporting.
- Participate in inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory adjustments.
- Operate company systems, including POS systems, inventory software, web portals, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Ensure all damages, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and operational issues are reported promptly and according to company procedures.
- Assist management in monitoring branch performance, labour targets, operating costs, and other key performance metrics.
Warehouse & Delivery Operations
- Load, unload, move, organize, and store automotive glass and related products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse, vehicle fleet, and work environment.
- Complete deliveries throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas, with occasional out-of-town deliveries as required.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, including cargo vans, ¼-ton trucks, and ½-ton pickup trucks.
- Utilize navigation tools and delivery systems to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, shipping and receiving activities, and overall branch support.
- Operate a forklift safely and effectively (forklift certification is considered an asset).
- Consistently lift, carry, and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.
