Maan Farms is looking for a creative, social media-savvy Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves filming, editing, creating reels, following trends, and designing eye-catching visuals. You will help create content and graphics for Maan Farms’ seasonal attractions, animals, food and beverage launches, U-Pick experiences, events, and promotions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, film, edit, and post content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create content for farm events, seasonal attractions, animals, food and beverage launches, U-Pick, guest experiences, and promotions that fit the Maan Farms brand.
- Maintain Maan Farms’ current social media posting frequency, content quality, and engagement standards across platforms.
- Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, stories, ads, newsletters, posters, signage, menus, maps, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Create branded graphics for campaigns, seasonal events, attractions, and guest-facing promotions.
- Prepare design files for digital use and basic print production, ensuring artwork is accurate, on-brand, and properly sized.
- Update existing design templates, signage, menus, social graphics, and promotional materials as needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across social media content, graphics, signage, and marketing materials.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, audio, formats, and platform best practices.
- Capture on-site photo and video content, including behind-the-scenes moments, products, animals, attractions, and events.
- Track what content performs well and suggest new creative ideas.
Qualifications
- Professional experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Graphic design experience with a strong eye for layout, colour, typography, and brand consistency.
- Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video, hooks, captions, and engagement.
- Comfortable filming and editing content using a phone, camera, or editing apps.
- Strong eye for visuals, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Photography, videography, Facebook/Meta ads, hospitality, tourism, events, or agritourism experience is an asset.
