Description complète du poste

Company: Bravo Target Safety

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple projects
Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Provide insight into project metrics and recommendations to improve project performance
Maintain project accounting systems and processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
Maintain customer credit approval process, ensuring receivable balances are within the prescribed credit limits
Provide expertise for best practices for electronic field ticket and time sheet processes
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment between project objectives and financial outcomes
Maintains the Accounts Receivable list, striving for Days Sales Outstanding of 45 days
Work with financial reporting to complete monthly accruals
Work with payroll to determine discrepancies between timecards and billing
Collaborate with project managers to create and document a standardized project workflow (onboarding customers, invoicing customers, collecting payment)
Close projects in system when complete (final sign off, accuracy checks, etc.)
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation
Manage all temporary field Project Administrators for short-term customer projects

5 years experience with billing and financial reporting
Post secondary education in Accounting, Finance or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office 365, particularly Excel
