Estimator / Project Coordinator Join a well-established construction company with over 37 years of success in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside a senior estimator, with the potential to advance into a senior estimating role in the future. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience estimating: o Custom and production homes o Residential additions and renovations o Small commercial projects up to $5 million Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project costs Drafting (Cad) experience for small projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluent in English (written and verbal) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office, Excel and Word Field construction experience with surveying and building layout is considered a significant asset. Ability to write detailed purchase orders and client contracts Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations Review plans, specifications, and project documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Assist with project coordination and scheduling Support the senior estimator with bid preparation and project planning Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Participate in site visits as required Prepare, submit and track shop drawings and submittals for commercial projects What We Offer Opportunity for career advancement into a senior estimating position Stable, long-term employment with a respected company Competitive compensation package (based on experience) Benefits package available Positive and professional work environment Diverse and challenging residential and commercial projects If you are a motivated construction professional looking to grow your career with a company that has a proven track record of excellence, we would like to hear from you.
