Assistant Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Boutique

Part-Time | 4 Days Per Week | Arnprior, ON

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the store owner in growing our brand, increasing sales, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a retail professional who brings extensive women’s fashion experience and is excited to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful boutique.

Experience Required

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience selling women’s clothing is required.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who:

Has extensive knowledge of women’s fashion, fit, styling, and customer service.
Has a demonstrated history of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
Understands how to create a personalized shopping experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
Has experience merchandising apparel and creating visually appealing displays that increase sales.
Can confidently train and mentor team members in sales and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the owner to support the growth and development of the business.
Deliver exceptional customer service and styling assistance.
Drive sales through relationship building and product knowledge.
Create and maintain attractive merchandising displays throughout the store.
Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock organization.
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
Help oversee daily store operations and staff when required.
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and inspiring shopping environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage of $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of women’s apparel sales experience.
Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
Leadership experience is considered an asset.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
Passion for fashion, retail, and helping women look and feel their best.
