What You'll Do
As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in both growing the business and ensuring projects move seamlessly from inquiry to installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers by phone, email, in person and online.
- Responding to customer inquiries, preparing estimates, coordinating appointments and supporting the sales process.
- Managing customer projects from initial order through production, installation and delivery.
- Coordinating schedules between customers, sales and production to keep projects on track and deadlines on time.
- Processing customer payments, arranging shipping and supporting daily studio operations.
- Planning and executing local marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, digital advertising and community outreach.
- Creating engaging marketing content that showcases completed projects and promotes the SpeedPro brand.
- Assisting with administrative tasks that help keep the studio operating efficiently.

Qualifications
Required
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, sales coordination or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software.
- Experience using social media platforms in a professional capacity.
Assets
- Experience with CRM software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar.
- Experience managing social media campaigns or digital advertising.
- Experience in the print, signage, graphics or creative industries.

The salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 per year with the opportunity for bonuses based on team performance. We also offer competitive benefits packages.
