As we continue to expand, we're seeking a highly skilled and responsible individual to join our team as a Maintenance Worker.

Position Overview:

Are you a proactive problem solver with a talent for maintenance work? We're looking for a versatile Maintenance Worker to play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well maintained and functional. If you excel at identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and performing a variety of repairs using power and hand tools, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Inspect equipment, structures, or items requiring repair and report findings.
Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs and solutions.
Obtain contractor quotes for repairs or projects and present them to management for approval.
Perform general repairs, including drywall, painting, door fixtures, and other building components, utilizing power and hand tools.
Execute basic plumbing repairs.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on building systems to ensure optimal performance.
Uphold safety and organization standards by cleaning and maintaining facilities.
Order necessary supplies and materials for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide general labor assistance and support team members as needed.
Fulfill other related duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail and quality work.
Proficiency in painting and other repair tasks, achieving professional results.
Comfort working at heights and adherence to safety regulations.
Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Comprehensive understanding of building systems and maintenance processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical stamina for manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Competence in using power and hand tools.
Capability to work prolonged periods standing and walking.
Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces as needed.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
Flexibility for on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and clients.
