We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role
The Project Manager oversees all phases of restoration projects, from the initial emergency response through project completion and final invoicing. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional service to clients and insurance partners.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in restoration or construction project management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage restoration projects from initial claim through completion.
- Develop project plans, schedule, and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct site assessments and review project documentation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Client & Insurance Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process.
- Maintain regular communication with insurance adjusters and other stakeholders.
- Provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Estimating & Financial Oversight
- Prepare, review, and revise project estimates and scopes of work.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Oversee invoicing and financial tracking to ensure accurate billing.
- Manage change orders and estimate revisions as required.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain complete and accurate project files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and insurance requirements.
- Utilize restoration software to document project activities and communications.
Business Development
- Support marketing initiatives and cultivate relationships that generate new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally within the community and industry.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of restoration processes, insurance claims, and emergency services.

- XactAnalysis
- Encircle or similar restoration management software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including emergency response situations.
- Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Comfortable working in various site conditions, including attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and while using appropriate PPE.

Language
Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gibsons, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
