Overview
We are seeking a Media & Strategy Manager with 2–3 years of experience to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

This role is suited for someone who can bridge strategic thinking and media execution, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans across digital and traditional channels.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are well-structured, effectively deployed, and continuously optimized.

Responsibilities

Media Planning & Execution

Support the development of media plans across digital and traditional channels
Assist in campaign setup, trafficking, and execution (paid social, search, display, etc.)
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery

Strategy Support

Contribute to campaign strategy by conducting research (audience, market, competitive)
Help translate client objectives into structured media and channel recommendations
Support development of briefs and planning documents

Performance Monitoring

Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
Work with senior team members to refine campaigns based on results

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with creative, account, and media teams to align execution with strategy
Participate in internal and client meetings as needed
Maintain clear documentation and communication across projects

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, media agency, or relevant in-house marketing role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Foundational understanding of media planning and digital marketing channels
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities

Technical Skills

Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
Experience working on multi-channel campaigns
Fully bilingual (English and French)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Halifax, NS B3J 3K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
