Load Planner/Dispatcher - LPR Sabourin

Location – Morris, Manitoba

Join a Growing Team in Bulk Commodities Transportation. LPR Sabourin Transport is a leading bulk commodities carrier based in Southern Manitoba, proudly serving customers throughout Western Canada and the North Central United States.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Morris. This role is ideal for an organized, solution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment and enjoys building strong relationships while coordinating the movement of commodities across our network.

Key Responsibilities

As a load planner/dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation operations:

Planning and dispatching drivers and equipment
Coordinating inbound and outbound grain loads
Entering orders and maintaining transportation schedules
Communicating with drivers, customers, mills, and third-party carriers
Preparing customs documentation and Generating KPI reports and building strong working relationships across the operation
Supporting cost-efficient and service-focused transportation operation and completing other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

2+ years of dispatching, transportation, or logistics experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of logistics and transportation planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with dispatch software is an asset
Professional communication skills and team-oriented approach
Logistics or Supply Chain diploma considered an asset
