About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Content Creator & Studio Assistant to join our growing team.
You'll work directly with our founder to create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, has a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoys styling products, and understands what makes content engaging.
What You'll Do
- Capture UGC-style content following content briefs and shot lists
- Style products and create visually appealing scenes
- Film content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, and other platforms
Create
- Identify aesthetically pleasing locations and setups independently
- Bring products and content concepts to life
- Contribute creative ideas while maintaining brand consistency
Edit
- Perform light editing using Meta Edits, CapCut, or similar mobile editing apps
- Add captions, trim clips, and prepare content for publishing
Organize
- Upload and organize content in Google Drive
- Maintain content folders and asset libraries
- Assist with content calendars and scheduling
Support Operations
- Assist with product organization, inventory tracking, returns, and studio management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient content workspace
QualificationsRequired
- Strong natural sense of style and aesthetics
- Experience filming short-form video content
- Comfortable using editing apps such as Meta Edits or CapCut
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and following direction
- Experience using Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Tiny, Ontario
Bonus Points
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or Amazon
- Experience with Canva
- Photography, styling, design, or visual merchandising experience
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or digital media brands
