We are seeking a 3rd year Electrical Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will learn how to assess and repair electrical problems in an industrial setting alongside our skilled journeyman electricians. Through observation and hands-on training, you will complete all the requirements to become licensed. It is crucial that our electrical apprentice promotes a positive company image through consistency, quality, safety, and professionalism. - System Retrofitting; relay logic conversion to PLC driven systems

- In accordance with Company policy and relevant employment legislation, overtime and work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company

Reporting Responsibilities
- Monitor schedule daily in Agendrix for job site start times, site contacts and instructions

Maintain weekly time sheets for self when applicable, ensuring accuracy and noting description of work performed, and submit weekly on time

Manage Health and Safety documentation for job site by submitting and/or participating in daily Job Hazard Assessments via Site Docs, noting job sire conditions, use of equipment and PPE to ensure that all work is performed safely and in accordance with company polices
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
- College Diploma/Certificate consider an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Additional certificates and training would be considered a strong asset
- Experience in rigid conduit threading an installation considered a strong asset
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiar with basic hand and power tools

Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Salary Range For The Role:
$27.30 - $31.50
