A day in the life of Concierge for The Nostalgia Townlet:

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.

Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers, in a personalized and refined manner

Assist our sales team in scheduling tours and appointments

Initial registration as well answering general questions

Provide administrative support to sales team
What you will bring to the table:

A sensational customer service philosophy, with the desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity

Ability to manage a flexible schedule which could include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays when required

Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance

Strong computer skills including expert working proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM platforms.
