Summary

'We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter/Welder to join our team in Canada. Based in our facility, this role is vital for ensuring the quality and safety of our structural projects. The ideal candidate will contribute their expertise to support our mission of excellence.'
'Responsibilities'
' Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately assemble structural components.

Perform MIG welding with precision to meet project specifications.
Operate rigging equipment safely for lifting and positioning materials.
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently during fabrication processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety standards.
Assist with equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Follow all safety protocols related to hoisting, rigging, and welding activities.'
'Qualifications'
'
Proven experience as a structural fitter or welder with proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
Ability to operate rigging equipment safely.
Certification in forklift operation is preferred.
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to welding and material handling.
Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.'
